The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a central area. Close to public transport to the airport and Jerusalem Old City. - the staff were attentive and hospitable. - the central location of this classic venue was a bonus. - the West Jerusalem district was worth staying in.

Good and excellent location close to everything in Jerusalem and easy access to a shopping mall and a large shopping mall. Good service, very friendly and efficient staff. Clean facilities and large and inclusive breakfast with Israeli dishes, fresh salads

The hotel was clean. the rooms were extremely pleasant with nice views. - I really enjoyed the good food. - the setting of the property was comfy, near the public transport network. - Also, the main attraction, such as the Temple Mount, was only 2 miles from the hotel. - Had a very enjoyable stay on a business trip.

The location is absolutely perfect and convenient, it's just next door to railway station, Centre 1, and Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion. It's worth staying here and exploring West Jerusalem district.

Very limited English programs on TV. Only BBC World service. Suggest that they add Fox, Sky, and other English news services. The audio for BBC World service was very bad

There was no refrigerator in the room. When I asked for it, I was told that it can be provided at extra cost. The TV was not working. The charge for WiFi was very high. The 3 bedroom room was not comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent and unbeatable, just a short distance from a public garden. it is close to the Central Bus Station, the new train station, the airport, Jerusalem Old City, and the city center. the room is spacious and clean, with a large bed.
